Don't confuse skinny and weak either, she was a massage therapist, she will crush your hand till tears come out of your eyes

Frenchy, with work I temporarily relocated to about 40 minutes south of you. I miss Tennessee though the snow is a bit fun.

Keep up the cardio. With my bad knees I walk anywhere from three to twenty miles a week. Good stuff. Nice burger and fries though I've sworn those off for the most part.

I have a weak knee from a slight injury while moving furnitures. I run only 10 minutes a day, but now I can go hiking 4h instead of 30 min before I start feeling a significant pain. If I stop runing even for 2 weeks, the pain comes back right away. Amazing what staying active does for injuries.

Make the drive (PM me for info) to Tooele get a Buffalo burger (less saturated fat than a regular cow burger) and beer on me, I think you'll like it.
