Errors on Help-Gameplay chart

short ID's for ammo & fuel field objects are wrong, and the "Destroy with" info for the City building is incorrect, it's not 1x250lb anymore but 0.844x1,000lb

OK, the ID errors have been fixed, but "City building" is still stated as 1x250lb  :)
