1948 training film RAF Meteors VS. USAF B-29s

On youtube… An odd 1948 RAF training film pitting Meteors against B-29s. Over 26 minutes long.

Was it made to counter Tu4s? B29s are pretty much identical, and I would imagine tactics used to intercept them would be too.

That is a given… Especially since the film references, “Weapons of mass destruction and heavily armed bombers typified by the B-29” at the one minute mark while focused on a map of the U.S.S.R.
