Back to saying thanks...........

To Shawk for again getting with the campground owner and reserving the space for us and the 4' fans that provided some semblance of comfort.

To Maddog (again) for getting in early, dealing with the hassles and all the bull youknowwhat that you were forced to endure, the time and effort and more effort and more effort that you put into making the site what it was, the six plus hours you put into making the chili, having the RV available for those that needed to cool off, and the staggering amount of funds that you put into making this gathering what it was.

To Lawndart for the fireworks, helping hand, ice and beverage runs, and entertainment.

To Wheaties for everything you did and assisting in the cooking of the lobsters, clams and chili.

To Neffers and Rosie for the many trips to the store for beer, ice, buns, torch oil, etc.

To Lyric for the "milk crate", food, ice, etc.

To BJ229er and wife for all your help with whatever was needed, whenever it was needed.

To Ogie for providing your truck for the store run and helping when you could during your busy weekend.

To all who showed up, even for a short time, for giving your time and effort to make this gathering a success.

 :salute and  :rock

If you and Nef were there and you still had to make beer runs, you are doing it wrong  :D

It seems that you will have to upgrade your brewing capacity...

Yeah, some people still like bud light.. I brought three corneys and only really put a dent in one plus we only got into them on Saturday.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Brewing a beer that will satisfy the light beer drinkers.

Not an easy task  :D

Next time we will have to open them on Friday night.  The weather played a big part in it too cuz pounding a lot of rich, full-bodied, delicious homebrew when it's 100 degrees is not easy.  I know I did my share though since I needed help staying vertical while walking to the tent.

Im On the right path. I am getting a large chest freezer this weekend which I'm going to be able to lager all the time and store, I'm hoping 3 or 4 corneys at the same time.

Eventhough we had an intimate crowd, it was great fun nonetheless. Thanks to everyone there for all their efforts in making it a success. Here are some pics that I finally got around to gathering up and posting.

Yup, the Soccor Mom van was packed to the hilt.

Some shots of the Pavillion as I unloaded and started to set up.

More to follow.
It's such a b-b-b-b-beautiful day in the n-n-n-n-neighbord!

More pics of the area we had and of getting things set up and working on building the protable man-cave. And yes, all that stuff was in the van.
