I think it's a good thing she is interested enough to try.   Maybe it's time you actually taught her?   Grab a Spitfire and let her have at it, or a plane that is easier to fly?  Is there something we have that is just as docile or more so than the Spitfire?  I'm honestly drawing a blank at them moment...
