Just wondering how you guys animate your avatars on the fourms I am not Tech Savy so I was just curious

They are animated GIF files. There are free websites that help you create them, if you don't have a paint program capable of saving them.

Just like putting images in a post...put the URL inside IMG tags. But the max size is pretty small, kinda like the avatar specs.
