greifers like the vTards used to be.

Hap of late I've become impressed with individual members of the brigade. They are resourceful and worthy opponents showing quite a lot of potential. Some of them are showing up in furballs in G2 with gondola. Good on them... :aok

They will have to live with the vTard stigma untill it fades into an Aces High urban legend and something to laugh about killing time in bombers during FSO. This will be around the time HTC's next big game change creates a new generation of clever exploiters to cause us greif and new fights.

It's all part of the game's cycle......heck my pigs call me gramps.....pretty soon these vGuys will be calling a new group vDorks for Dorking their game play.....to some degree or another we are forced to earn our way in this game over time by growing thick skin just like real life.

Rats, now we gotta wait for a new vDork squad to get out of school to give us someone to play Whack-A-Mole with.

Change is a beautiful woman with a cold beer in one hand and a cattle prod in the other.

maybe but vTARDS won't die we lay to much of a proud claim to that name just like all american do when they are made fun of whether if be yankee doodle or devil dogs

You should learn how to accept a compliment and realise change is happening.

But, it is hard to see it from the inside of the phenominon without years of practice. Human nature is to resist change in favor of the memories of what was a good time even if the factors driving the good time are diverging away. Change happens with you or to you no matter how agressively you defend the memory. Tradition is how a group who evolves with change maintains the past into the future.

Some squad at some time in this game gets a bad name and derisive variations of it. Eventualy the game moves past them and the next squad down the path gets their 15 minutes of strange fame while their members move on with their lives. This too will pass and become a part of the collective history of the game. Some events in the games history have left us with game meme's good and bad. I suspect vTard will be part of the game fabric for some time and not equal "wow what a hot stick" when uttered at a future player. Fortunately only a few will even remember the word or it's connotation prefering a neative meme from our larger cultural group like eh@le.....

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.
