So i was reinstalling AH after some real buggy behavior and no it wont install the sights. And i can't delete the htc folder with a sights file in it. Any other way to reinstall it?

Make sure it's not read-only.

You should be able to install the game just fine, then copy your backed up sights over the fresh folder to restore them.
