Final Episode of House.

Anyone catch it?

Probably the best episode in a while.

While the patients became routine. It was never about the medicine.  Just like the character. It was always About House.
It finished up at the right time. Still Im gonna miss it.

I burned through all seasons on DVD in less than a month, was sad to hear they are ending the show this year.

I thought the ending to season 5 (I think it was 5, the one where House is hallucinating?) was absolutely brilliant, when he thought he was going to beat his hallucination by going to Cuddy but forgot that he was fighting his own mind, and his mind has as many tricks up its sleeve as he does. Or something like that, I know the patient of that episode definitely added to the impact.

Waiting for the last season to come out on DVD, then I'm going to watch it from the beginning again.

My wife and I lost interest in House about the time they had him halluncinating and being  locked away in rehab.  Before that point, there was an element of fun in the show.  A devious fun, but fun.

Then the show started taking itself a little too seriously.  It became very difficult to "like" any of the characters.  So, we lost interest in watching them all self distruct and started watching other programming.

Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.
