Years ago the bad word filter warned me that "Wassabi" was a bad word. I was telling a freind how I liked to eat my sushi on green text. Guess HTC is giving us credit for ingenuity that our High School teachers didn't.

It's not like I wrote:

You are a Wassabi as much as your coprolites are the same density as your imagination.

That might have gotten a human mod interested.

If memory serves me right any "back talk" to the Mod results in Chat ban

In the future heed the warning , as was stated to me mods are there to have fun as well not babysit you or listen to your back talk.

Seriously if a mod is gonna use his powers to mute people for ridiculous things like this then they do not deserve to be a mod at all ... thats just blatant miss use of the role as a moderator.

No troll.... the guy just pushes to be banned. All he has to do is call HTC. That is if he truely thinks he did nothing wrong.

From his own post he obviously tried pressing his luck and got banned.

I got muted a couple of years ago for saying i had a nicer butt than some other guy.  I guess  the mod thought he had a better one than me.

 In all my time here I've been warned only once!

  I wrote to a player "nice shot" but use the letter just left of the O.....

 Mods dont abuse their power or they wont be around for long.  If you get a warning it's your own fault,if you continue expect to be dealt with.  I have Mod powers in the TA,I dont take that lightly and I always warn a player and send a pm to ask them to stop,if they dont well then I do what I have to.

  Remember the Mods dont make the rules,they inforce them.

I've never been muted or even neutered although I encounter many who act as if they have lost theirs.

It's not my game so I play by the rules. The trick is to know the rules, they keep altering or moving. The best thing is there are always the serial posters that will tell you the rules as they see it, but have no stake in the game. the self appointed hall monitors of the BBS. God bless them. Just ask them (no you don't have to ask, because their advice is free and usually not solicited). They know exactly how things work - in their minds.

When I get a PM from the "man" at HTC I sit up and take notice or see a post from him I take notice. Hasn't he posted in this thread?  Excuse me all over the place for dismissing all the other "rules" that are only opinions.

HT, I wonder if the auto-censor was off a couple of nights ago, for the first time in game I saw the word c**t (yes, that one) in the buffer (on country), the person concerned wasn't muted, at least for the next 15 mins, he was still typing.

Didn't actually bother me, but was wondering how it got through.

I have a screenshot if you'd like it emailed, not trying to get anyone into trouble, just concerned for the young'uns

One does not get chat muted for saying FAIL, you said something else and were reported for it.

Quit whining its only 8 days, been there and done that, or go level your world of warcraft pally in the mean time.
