Maybe I should of just gone in the yard and done airplane arms with a few "piu piu's" but, nooooo ...

I went to the store with Jacob to get his Dad the rockets he has been eyeballing next to all the Angry Birds Jacob has been buying for years.

We got separate packages for each rocket ... figured they were so cheap let's get a few.

Jacob did all the work ... what fun!! Wrapping with a three year old!!

After about an hour all the packages are set and Mom has a few more grey hairs but, WOW will Dad be surprised right ... opens up package numero uno and it's the rocket that shoots 500ft. but, then Jacob is just so thrilled to tell him there is more ... runs like a bat outta hell to get package two and so on ... you get the picture.

Proud Mom watching until ...

Hubby is looking around ... as if ... no ... he couldn't be looking for MORE!!

So I say as politely as I can as Jacob is going potty ... ummmm did you expect something else you greedy bastage (yeah we talk to each other like that playfull of course). He said no these are great but, (he grabs one of the rockets and turns it to the back bottom left SMALL PRINT) we need all this to make it go.

No wonder they were so cheap ... many friends said to me you should of told me what your were getting I would have told you. Well, I would of never thunk it when in BIG writing it has FULLY ASSEMBLED on the front and shows a picture of it doing it's thing and it had a parachute in the picture and one time in the store I asked my dear husband if it comes with everything in the picture he said yes. Well, the parachute is in the picture and it DOES come with that so here we are ...

Looks like a flight kit will be purchased in our near future and we have a memory maker forever. Instead of hey remember when Mom got us those cool ... nope it will be remember when Mom thought AHAHHAHAHAHH.  :rofl

Happy Fathers Day to all the Dad's  :rock   :salute
Yes there is a Huge learning curve in flying. It starts on Take off and ends on the glide slope for landing. In short The grade arc is the difference you take between being in the sky or in a mountainside.

Had a great one in Vegas. I got calls and some texts from my 3 kids and 3 of the 4 kids of my g/f. Had to spend most of the day repacking the van to head to Reno.
