I check everyday to see if the name midway is available.  if it is I am planning to get it.  I figure if somebody wanted it they wouldnt let it go to begin with.

Why?  If a person gives his name up to create another name to participate in nefarious deeds,  well he should not expect to be able to return to his old ID without some consequences.  With all the antics in the game and on this BBS, how can anyone state that it is a "GOOD" name as far as reputation goes?
