1) To invite to squad both people should be in tower, to avoid annoying invitations, with the window which cover half of the screen.
2) In the chat buffer name of a player should be highlighted. Sometimes if buffer scrolls fast I tend not to see hellos, <S>, and questions addressed to me. If they are highlighted it can be much easier to notice them.

Thx

I personally like the way the squad invitations are done, as this was something that always bugged me about Air Warrior... someone wanted to join the squad had to try and be 'on the ground' at the same time and place as the CO before the invite could be made.  The way it is done here makes the process so much simpler, IMHO.... and it doesn't take a second to quickly click the Accept or Decline, though I can appreciate it may be annoying if it pops up at a critical moment.  Maybe the person inviting should ask on the country or room channel if it is convenient first?

So, if all the player names were highlighted, would that really help?  After all, it would highlight everybody and I think text would still get missed.  This is what I like about the squad channel - showing up in red text really stands out!
