Discuss - Radio Silence

So I was in the submarine thread on the general page and it gave me an idea.

What if VOX and Range transmissions dictated the DAR BAR and or somehow gave information on the general vicinity of a CV?

Ventrilo/Teamspeak/Xfire would make this pointless and another way for the horde to roll bases.
