This came up in another thread, but for historicity I believe it merits its own thread.
The twin-engine fighter was removed from the zerstörer role completely by the summer of 1944 (as far as I have been able to research, the Bf-110 was removed in April 1944).
Did Me-410s participate in Der Grosse Schlag? Because I am unable to find any evidence that they did, and at least a few mentions that they were reconnaissance only by that stage of the war.
