FW190a8 variometer at altitude not correct climbing
« on: July 24, 2012, 03:32:39 AM »
Typically flying level at about 270-300mph and pulling up with full WEP over 10k feet, variometer still show 1k climb where you experience climb of  4k+ feet.

Bug not always show up, will try to get film it next time, havent figured out what triggers event yet.

Made by design or bug ?

The variometer is a G meter, not a climb meter. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.
