If folks value the vitality of their strategic object's impact on front line bases, hopefully they will defend them in force from the likes of bomber nerds like the 91st who will go after them. 
Except climbing to 30+ K is not something to be done when the strats start flashing. Have not seen one raid under 30K yet But that is my mileage. You are right, I will not loiter over the strats at angels 35 for who knows how long waiting for a Martian attack. Not commenting on the subject matter, only the logic behind the statement.
