FSO September - Sides, C-in-Cs, Objectives

For the first time in recent memory, we had a surplus of squads that requested the Axis side.  There were more volunteers than were needed to achieve the 55% - 45% balance that favors the Allies in this setup.  I hope those few of you who requested Axis but drew assignment to Allies will still have fun.
