What is that?  It looks english to me but in another scene I clicked on they're driving a Ford pickup.... Is it set in a parallel universe?

 for a couple hundred, i'd consider it for a mailbox post, or simply put it in the corner of my living room to look at.....but 7 FRIGGIN GRAND?? no way in hates.
