Went to Fry's the other day for a cpu fan and just happened to stroll past a gaming display featuring a Thrustmaster Warthog.
O M G ! It was freaking awesome. By far the best gaming joystick I've ever seen. Pictures don't do it justice. It's supposed to be an exact replica of the actual A-10 HOTAS and it feels like it. Solid heavy metal construction. More buttons, switches, lights and dials than you can count on both the joystick and the split throttle. The triggers had a nice solid feel to them, too. It also had a solid price tag to go along with it, $499. Sadly I didn't get to fly with it, the computer wasn't on. I came this close to getting one, but just couldn't justify spending that much on a stick right now.
But I know what I want for Christmas!
