Mouse for views is intermittent

Hi folks,
I've been using the mouse for panning but sometimes, re-entering the arena, it doesn't work - it is just the regular mouse arrow.  This is without changing anything in Preferences.("Start in Mouse Look" is still checked). 
I've tried experimenting but can't figure it out.
Any suggestions?

Try hitting the [H] key, when you only have a mouse arrow.

Thanks for posting - that done the trick.  It is on the list of AH commands  - I must have missed it somehow.
Incidentally, is there a link to keyboard shortcuts, arranged alphabetically by key (not grouped by function).

I really don't know about that one there.  I usually just map my keys from the clipboard during offline/online play.
Somebody else may have a better answer for ya.
