The finish doesn't matter Zoney, the fact that you would do this for a tiny fellow does

Perdue3, the Hasegawa's finish is really precise, and the photographs I'm working from tell a tale of a far coarser finish (poor panel work and distortion from riveting), so I hope to do a little work on that. I'm aiming for the 29th Sentai paint scheme which means a lot of bare metal. I've decided to sacrifice my MiG-29 model to experiment with technique & painting.
Danny told me he already finished his Hurricane, Wildcat's Wildcat looks fantastic so far. I've also got a Tamiya Spitfire Mark I which I'll just do a straight assembly and paint of. Sexy looking wings but two of the MGs stick out a tad which is confusing because I thought they put a patch of red doped canvas over them each sortie? Don't have so many reference photos of that
