109 graphics bug

Only happens after the pilot dies. 

On a related note: when pilots die, a second set of parts (if parts were blown off) magically appear and fall off in the explosion.  Not sure if that happens on all planes, but it did on this 109 and have seen it on several others (Typh and Mossie).

That's the 109E4. That 3D model is so old, I'm sure they are updating her whole 3D model as we speak
