I am 45 minutes north of the Burgh.  Where I-79 & I-80 intersect.  By the Grove City Outlet Mall to be exact.  I don't think I can pull off tickets in this short notice but I may be able to man a post at your tailgate.  I'll check to see if that it trick or treat night or if I can make that.  Sounds like fun.  I'd bring food for that occasion.  I'll shoot you a PM in the next day or two if you don't mind.
