that would also allow the bombers to drop their bombs then immediately jump to their guns.
we can already do that semp

Its a 50cal  and you would be surprised at what a singel 50 can do at close range. I can turrent a wirble. Or shot back at another m3 or kill the jeep that just ran out of the hanger to kill my troops. etc etc
This post is not about bombers its about m3s

Only if you haven't fired one  :devil

I like it!   Would it be possible to do this today if a gunner were attached/manning the gun while you released troops?

Yes, when a gunner joins an M3 they are fixed to the #2 position while the driver is fixed to the driver's position.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

I think he's syaing its impossible to change the one without changing the other  as its the same mechanic for both? As for Eric's comment is it possible to  salvco 10 with a longer delay and  be in the guns while the bombs are salvoing?  I have never tried, I assumed if you change to guns they would stop falling.

dont really care about the m3 but this is just like the wish from the vtards about allowing pilots to man the guns while the bombs are still falling.  i believe it has been said before that it's the same mechanics.  so i wouldnt want it to be changed for the bombers.  :salute

Nathan  I would think that you could separate the two very easily but I get what your saying. It is a lot like bombers in the salvo comand but you would think the coding would be different. I don't really know and without Hiteck or skuzzys input we wont know. I still want a m3 to be able to defend its troops without having a rider along though. Ya tell the army guys to get out, they should be smart enough to get out without you having to watch them get out  :lol
