The greenbrier is a great contrast to those of us who were sitting on the outdoor missle pads in Turkey with thrre missles, an M-1 carbine and two clips. Our orders allowed the "trade or barter of US property for transport to Allied lines". It was assumed the Soviets would overrun Turkey.
