I rarely call people out on this sort of thing, but I don't hold to the "good manners is letting other people abuse people's good manners by having bad manners and not mentioning it" idea. That just lets people who are rude go on being rude, very often not knowing they are being perceived as rude because they honestly don't mean to be rude and are just being oblivious.
