Well tried logging into origin after suspicion I have from an email I got that saying my email has been updated. I found that my account has been hacked and I cant login into origin in order to play BF3 online. Call EA and they cant do anything as apparently my birthday cant be verified. I go so they changed my birthday and the reply is only EA can do that. So now I have to wait until Monday to speak to a specialist after the tech said there is reasonable belief that the account is mine. Of course the account is mine I can tell you what games I have, when they were ordered, and their serial numbers. What else do I need to give you. They cant do anything as the "specialists" are not in on the weekends. Bunch of horse sh**.
I also have the email of the guy that hacked it. Should I send the guy a nasty freaking email basically saying you f*** now and that stealing my account isnt going work. What do you yall think?
Apparently not the only one on this planet, huge security issue with EA I guess recently.
http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/My-Origin-Account-was-Hacked/td-p/104994My account was hacked by some person in Ukraine. Why they think that having origin for 4 years now that I would randomly change my email to a Ukrainian email is beyond me. They must hire idiots.
Anyways recommend changing passwords or probably have to deal with the same thing.
