Hastings for six days?  What are you planning to do?

Drive north to the Twin Cities.  I, 999 and others are here plus there are things to do.

Another option for you would be to travel south.  Redwing, Lake Pepin and even Winona are more scenic, historic and fun to visit.

When will you be there?

There's a Doolittles Air Cafe in Eagan I think, which is not far from Hastings.  A bunch of us got together there for dinner when Aces High was young, and maybe we could convince Rebel to bring his cute little sister again :-)

Gotta be tough to leave Fla for MN in November!

I'm 4 hours from there.

There is lots to do and you don't have to spend a dime.  Oh... and if you walk in to a bar and you are asked if you want a red or green wrist band... I'm going to suggest you get a RED one (red means STOP!).  There are a lot of rainbow bars in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, so be wary.

I'll be in Winona later this afternoon (after 5 PM) and then again all day tommorrow.  Would love to meet you!

I'm heading there November 3rd to 7th to relax, my woman's family is up there and I just wanted to get away from my business and the doctors for few days.

Ol' Lady's family is picking me up at the airport and ill stay at the Hastings village, probably will rent a car and just chill for those few days..

/Leaving Florida in the winter to fly north, I'm doing it wrong!

Knowing Butcher I'm guessing he's going to choose the Green Band

Too bad.  I'd run down there but I pretty much work 9:30AM-9:30PM during most of the week.  Give me a little notice next time and we'll see what we can do.

I'd be up for meeting somewhere in the Twin Cities as long as it doesn't conflict with DGSII or the Vikings game.

Fall is anice time of year, take the river road and go south and enjoy the view. I'm south about 2.5 hours.
Wasn't Hastings where grumpy old men was filmed.

Was half thinking of driving to microcenter eventually, maybe.

Best time of year to visit Minnesota is fall / winter / spring.  It's pretty in the summer but their state bird can give you west nile virus.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.
