the screen shots look pretty groovin...but then..so did the screen shots for WWIIonline...:p   oh..and it's EA.com...

I think Battlefield 1942 is free on Xbox Live for the rest of the week, not sure though.

Battlefield 1942 was ok I guess.... 10 years ago.
It should be free after so long, because noone plays anymore.
Still fun to do the Single Player every few years.

Battlefield 1942 is what got me started in online computer gaming; I have the entire collection except for Bad Company. I stumbled onto AH because I was frustrated with the lag I was experiencing (primarily the system failing to register hits for me). Saw the AH commercial in early 2008 and here I am.

I still play BF1942 and the mod "Forgotten Hope" on my laptop.
