Howdy all,

I'm probably not going to be on for a few days, yesterday night I had some sort of heart complication coupled with anxiety (no emotional stress, just a wierd physiological response to the rappid heart beat and sensations)  and was taken to the ER. Long story short I am supposed to avoid stimulants for a few days till I get to see a cardiologist. Sorry for any typos, posting from my iphone.

I hope I'll get to hook up with you trainers soon in the TA, perhaps after this weekend if all goes well

I was able to get some time with Mir in the TA last Wednesday working on wingovers and some basic defensive strategies that I really appreciated 

I was hospitalized from Thursday to late Friday again, luckily they didn't find anything life threatening so I'll have to keep it up with the specialists till they can give me some answers.

Hopefully I can log back in within the week and put what I've learned into practice
I look forward to catching Soulyss on again and meeting the elusive Delirium
