Wow, what a battle.
Logged in just as the map changed and fought alongside my Rook brethren in an attack on A2 expertly thwarted by the Bishops. We then RTBed to A44 and before long the Bishops were in full gallop and attacking us hard.
Then, something unexpected happened. The Knights had decided to also attack A44 and quickly a Bish V Nit V Rook battle ensued.
There must have been 40 to 70 planes all furballing from treetop level to 12000 ft. I've been on Aces high since August this year and this was a first for me and a thoroughly enjoyable spectacle.
Well done to the Rooks for a great defence. Well done to everyone else for a brilliant battle!
