Im assuming this was your ID, but you left the game, came back, and now it's taken? I doubt there's much Skuzzy can do about that m8. 

I doubt it, as it was explained to me after my looooong hiatus, those names/IDs are never released to be retaken unless the player gives it up or has an inactive account deleted.

If it's attached to a long-time inactive account (IE: an old trial account) that you claim or can in anyway verify was actualy yours, HTCs can release it so you can grab the player ID with your current/new account.  Just got to write or ask Skuzzy nicely (and be willing to give up your current one with all its perk points).
