Need your help.

Decided I want to make an advertisment film for the spring scenario. But I'm lacking film! It would be great if you could send me either raw footage or converted video files, showing your best stuff in the:

109F2, C.205, 110C, Ju-88, Ju-87, Spitfire V, Seafire, F4F, Hurricane IIC's, and the B-24.


If you want to be really nice, I would appreciate it if you would clip the film to the relevent segment (From the start of the engagment to the end) if its just one particular part in a long film. Just a bit busy, and don't want to have to go digging for start and end points of a fight. If its just a very good sortie, send the whole thing.


Also, I need some film or video of the relevent aircraft flying in formation. It doesn't HAVE to be a historically correct formation (I have no idea what the Italians flew), but if any squadron is willing to help out, the results would probably be a lot better than if just a group of people who didn't fly together on a regular basis tried.

Finally, I want some footage of B-24's flying in formation, with some escorts. If the 91'st would be so kind as to help, it would be much appreciated; I know its not your bomber, but you're the best bomber group out there, and you would be doing me a big favor.

If you can't get a squad or some buddies to do this you could always get it done in the mission editor.  Just post in the Staged Missions forum and I'm sure one of the regulars can whip up a mission tailored to your filming needs.

Apparently they are. Perhaps Hitech has stashed them in the same hanger he keeps the sheep in  .

As long as older films are still viewable, I'll send along clips from previous scenarios with most of those aircraft flying against other of those aircraft.

109F2 isn't in the game, but the 109F4 is if that's close enough to the F2. The rest are also in the game.

If you actually had an active subscription to the game you could stage and record your own footage! I know, I know, that's some outside the box thinking.

Even better, you could try not to be a dick. Just saying, I'm actually doing something to help an event I enjoy, which is likely more than you can say.

I'm not trying to be a dick here myself, but doesn't it help to be playing the game online to be part of any event?

I'm not trying to kill anything, and actually I have already produced and published a YouTube video of footage from an Aces High scenario (Enemy Coast Ahead), which is currently more than you can say.

Although, this was my first ever attempt at movie making so the beginning is a bit blergh. Was a great fight and a great scenario though.

Alright, then you probably understand why I'm trying to help the scenario guys.

My point is that making a video does no harm even if I don't have an account. That being so, there is less than no reason to be bringing up the "you don't have an account!" thing.
