Japan terrain is loaded in SEA 1

Pls load it and have a look at it. Also the CiCs will need to see the position of the A122 Allied air start points for planning purposes.

If for some reason the SEA1 arena gets reset or the Japan terrain is not loaded, people that need it can spawn up a custom arena and choose the Japan map which will download when the custom arena gets created.
