Posting for technical support in the appropriate forum would be a start...

Start by posting a copy of the first third of your Dxdiag (the whole thing won't fit and the first part is all that is really needed) here, and maybe your ingame settings

goto start and type in dxdiag in the run box. This will start the windows program. Once it is done loading up.... a minute or so, on the bottom of that window is a button that says something like "save as text file". Click that and save it to your desktop. Close the program. Double click the new text file on your desktop to open it. Copy and paste the first third of the info to the message board.
