More fun - less in-transit time
« on: December 16, 2012, 03:32:34 PM »
Driving from spawn points to fields or flying between air fields to try and find an enemy can take a long time and be boring. :frown:

I wish GV spawn points were about 50% closer to enemy bases and airfields were about 35% closer to each other to reduce in-transit time. :aok

If someone wants to fly a long distance or drive a long distance, they can always up the next field over.

Reduced in-transit times, that is my wish. :)

I enjoy GV'ing, if the spawn is too far I don't drive it, I'll be the first to admit, in a GV I am a spawn camping dweeb, I do not drive to fights  :lol

I don't enjoy spawn camping as much as I do spawn fights, like v135 on trinity (BRING TRINITY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

anyway, v135 at trinity at times had 20v20 spawn fights or more! It was amazing, I loved it, you spawn in, you pop a few kills, you die, re up and do it again.

I never did not have fun at v135 on Trinity. I am still Teed off that they removed that map  :bhead

Maybe Midway should check out to other two "offerings" as both of those games don't feature long transit times, have air starts and he would have a whole new group of people to annoy.

You know that HTC is fixing Trinity, dont you.  They are fixing the mountains and making it so V135 isn't the circle jerk that it used to be.   ;)

It is the likes of your kind that for whatever reason let the best tank town in AH go unused.  :headscratch:

Some maps they are, some maps they aren't.  The way things are now offers more variation than what you're proposing.

It's not the best in AH IMO, the drives are a tad too far for my liking.

The smaller Tank Town map (not Fester's) might have one of the best, if not the best Tank Town, unless you're flying over and get wirb'ed :lol

'fixing' 135? Well that sucks, I liked it how it was, not what do we have to drive half a sector to find GV's?  :bhead

Oh well... Even with the mountains it was one of the best maps in AH  :(
