It was fun!  A blast.  But truthfully, this was taught to me by Dodger, lol.  When the Brew and I16 came out, he said the best way to learn them was the canyons...next thing I know, 30 people were duking it out in Brewsters and I16s.  In fact, the bracket fights that BaldEgle set up, when I lost, I chose the Brewster.  I figured if I could get the guy in the canyon, I had a chance.  It worked a couple of times.

Look for this to be a monthly event, lol.  Hopefully, we can go:

10 Rooks
20 Knits
10 Bish

Force the middle base to send guys N and S.  That way, when we need people to switch sides, they have a good idea where the people they want to fight are but everyone is IN.  One thing I didn't expect was the base vulching by Surfinn.  The more I think about it, the more manpotatosweetheartmonsterish it was.  Oh well...it seems everyone ignored him, lol

He did though....he had 5k of alt on me, got reversed on his second pass and accused me of using F3 for my shot.  He's a toad

Your commentary, and the calls of 'nerds', 'turds', 'toads', etc by all involved made me laugh nonstop.

That was an awesome time, especially when you called someone else out for not using tracers... when it was ME kekekeke...

I can't remember who it was calling Pand out for being above the rim, which he wasn't... it was fun watching him tear it up in his Bravo low alt.   The Mossie run was awesome, for those that *ahem* followed instructions.

'twas a blast!  You didn't get all the AKs to participate but all the AKs who were on at the time joined.  I died...a lot actually...more than a few times by auguring into the canyon walls.  :joystick:

FYI - I admit to being one of the first to break the Mossies only rule...but since I upped a 410 I felt this was less bad form and more a death wish on my part.    :D

Look forward to the next one...maybe consider other monthly events in the DA?  May I suggest Bomber duels?   :aok

Going by "Hoplite" now. :)

I was really impressed by Reaper and his I16. I don't ever see them being flown and wasn't sure how to deal with that little bird :huh He made me a fan of that thing for sure.  :salute

Scotch and RedBull fly the F29.  Contact them directly for details and don't run from them because you'll only die tired and embarrassed.  They have figured out how to fly with no moving parts left on the toon bombers.  I have video of other bomb****s snubbing their noses at their chase of an FSO KI61.

Picture two GIGANTIC FAT WOMEN running after a toy poodle...yes, with a hot dog in his mouth...then fighting after the hotdog.
