Beretta Px4 bought
« on: January 08, 2013, 09:24:16 PM »
Thanks for the input on the previous thread guys, much appreciated.

I went ahead and picked mine up.  I went with 9mm, as the rounds are much cheaper, and I like to shoot without breaking the bank.

I've got around 150 rounds through it so far, and it shoots like a dream.  I don't think I've ever held a pistol that fits my hand as perfectly as this one does.

Now for gun pron...

Very nice! My buddy is looking to get one right now, but prefers .45 (As do I).

My father has one, I always tell him that I am taking it home with me when we go shooting.

That's because you are both young and don't know any better  :D

lol. I wouldn't say we don't know better, we've got experience with 9mm and .40, and have nothing against them, (From personal tests I know .40 tends to have the best penetration), my daily carry is Makarov! Just something about .45, especially through a 1911 feels good!

I actually prefer .40 to just about anything else, but like I mentioned before, I plan on doing alot of shooting with it.  9mm is about 1/2 the price.  Also, I like that the standard 9mm mag that comes with it is a 17 round.  The standard .40 mag is 14.
