I SHOT ALL MY MGS ON A 109F4 INTO A LANC AND HE DIDNT GO DOWN! WHAT IS WRONG! !!!!!

Wish I knew who that lanc driver was, he rtbed with 3 engines smoking from 47 at about 4:00pm EST today

Hehehe.. had a spit5 hitting me with his .303s today while I was in an F6F-5. All I could think was "I wonder if those ricochetes disrupt airflow over the wings?"

The real fun gun is those pesky machine guns on the JU-88...if your not careful and get into <cough> effective rage (somewhere between 5-7 feet), they can take off SEVERAL layers of paint in a matter of minutes.

I shot down 1 Fw190, 1 La7 and 2 N1K2s with 1 Ju88 yesterday. None of then could have been anycloser than 20 feet, so the post above is balntantly false.

The defensive guns on the Ju88 have an effective range of at least 25ft, not 5-7ft as claimed.

I just wanted to correct that misconception.
