At first I read: Flamebaiting, flaming, being drunk... That would forbid any Finn from posting unfortunately.

I think most of the industrialized world enjoys drama.  :old:

I suspect "Sky" "Rock" is attempting to invoke an angry response. :old:
He may still be angrily shamed due my previous pwnage of his F4U. :old:
I will have none of this possible attempt at flamebaiting. :old:
Consider your way.  Consider it indeed. :old:

The above midwho  post is a perfect example of rule 4 abuse but its always overlooked while others who barely cross the line get rule 4'd .

My name is not "midwho". :old:
I prefer to be called Midway or who, the pronoun referring to Midway, but I'm sure you already know this. :old:
I have just learned of this flamebaiting concept. :old:
This response is not angry therefore your possible flamebaiting attempt has not succeeded. :old:

PS: Since none of my responses have ever been angry, to even some of the most crude and meanest posts, I must be immune to said flamebaiting.  :P

I agree 100% with Tilts assessment. This community thrives on drama and verbal attacks o this BBS. One only has to look at the threads that get the most views and responses. Any threads Midway, Warbeast, DavidWales, etc. starts usually are good for 10 or 15 pages of flaming responses. Where as the death of a player or a question about WW2 aviation or battle tactics are only good for a half dozen pages at the most.... Sad but true.

I for one get a big kick out of some of the flame jobs handed out on these boards. I will usually keep up with the threads AkAk and the Muppets post in because their clever responses to some posters just plain crack me up and sometimes shock me. I get a good laugh out of it usually.

I've thought for quite some time now that the General Discussion part of this BBS is nothing more then an extendsion of the combat in the MA.  I usually take long breaks from the game every so often due to burnout or real life getting in the way, but it's always the BBS that pulls me back in for more.

I rarely see #4 enforced on this BBS.

Skuzzy has neither the time nor the inclination to read every thread and every post on this board to see if they need to be moderated for breaking rule 4 or any other rule

90% of the time you would need to hit the report post button for him to take a look and 'Rule #4' an abusive post

... Midtwit drivel...
ha!  C'mon middytwitty, flaming/baiting is your game, embrace it, it's what you're known for...   it's a letdown to smacktalking in general to see someone with much potential in the smacktalk game be so annoyingly unable to back it up!   :aok

I think Uptown is right, the drama threads seem to attract most views by a considerable margin.

The more you know

The General Discussion is not Skuzzy's responsibility I heard.

Perhaps some people don't realise they are trolling?

Regardless of what you heard, what I posted is the truth :old:

I am not sure that it's possible for someone to be unaware that they are trolling...the very definition.of the word seems to suggest that it's not

I suppose someone could be unaware that they are antagonizing people, but they wouldn't remain unaware for long
