Yes my name is sunka a long time proud (if not) only pony stick then all around American plane guy ,i Sunka i am a 109alholic.
Yes! i have had to come to terms with this, and Yes! I'm coming out of the closet (as the case may be).
Now don't think i have given up my true first love no no.
But
that 109 dose some really fun stuff! bare bones fighter that can surprise even vets at some tricks it has.
And I'm learning it ...you will still see me in my allied birds ..but I'm thinking of the 109 more and more.

To illustrait my point i had this fight tonight and it is 100% uncut.When i found it was the same length fight (when i watched)  as the music i have on the front AH open page,well i pulled up my big boy pants made the movie and confessed to all you fine if not people then what ever you happen to be.

Oh lordy!    I told you I (still) can't believe I missed the golden shot at 3:30, you can even see my mistake of retracting flaps while setting up the shot and  bouncing my nose when I should of stuck with it and the notch or two of flaps through the shot, and ontop of that you then turned inside me (steaming at myself and not paying as good attention to you as before) immediatley and pinged 2 of my 3 cannons with your shot.  I have maybe one hour in the LaLa during the last three-four tours.  OK, I'm done giving excuses, but it was a great fight and practice session in it for me.

La7 > than 109's and are more challenging, especially the higher you go.  I *have* chased and fought 109's up past 30k in a lala...  

No reliance on that easy-mode tater flinger.  

<edit: 109's are useful in acquiring perkies to release pent up jet-rage.>

Go ahead, I think that was our only 1 on 1 anyways. 

And Hammy can witness I was on vox 252 in very fast order with him griping about a K4, then my marksmanship, then your aim and taking 2/3 cannons with your shot.  About then I asked Hammy to relay the results of your maksmanship to you so you could hurry up with finishing the fight already.  At that point my choices were to run and dive (after getting too stupid/slow with you above 7k trying to knife fight) or continue pressing the fight with my one gun (and the aim I had with it last night).

Right on bud,don't get all bent out of shape BTW it was a great fight ..you where turning that La great,both of us where not used to the planes and neather of us took them head on shots,we both looked pretty good i think.You could have been killed by worse,i have killed the best of the best in fair fights and been killed by almost anyone.You win some ya loose some ,that was a great knife fight.And now your famous. j/k

Ty mechanic,it was your video's that gave me the idea to keep this simple just from the seat.Also your video when you said you would flatten out your planes profile when the other plane would come in on you has really helped and I'm using this stay alive maneuver often.
