Great job tonight ALLIES!!!

That was a blast and you guys carried out the orders perfectly.

Seemed like a fairly even fight all the way to the end.

Our ACE Mission yeilded 5 kills and saved (landed) plane.

Drone made a second strike.  He started off on his own and we were able to not only set up escort in and out, but we were able to stage the 325th Checkertails in a perfect jumping position for the egress coverage.

From what I can tell, it appears that every attack group did relatively well.  Thanks to all of you guys (and gals) for doing great work pre FSO planning and execution.

Well done to everyone!

Well Thunk Slip!

Very well executed Allies!

Big <S> to Dantoo and his guys in the 190s (and the 2 C2s) ... tried everything we could think of to draw you in...nice fencing match! :aok

Anyone know who the Axis ACE was?

PS Drone = balls o' brass!  I dont recall ever seeing a Boston intentionally engage and drag bad guy fighters in a turn fight :neener: so the friendlies could kill them.

<S> Rodent and the guys  :aok

We kept prodding and poking to see if you had weak point but every time we got in you pulled the wrap around on us.  I kept mumbling something about "blasted disciplined bunch" or something like that anyways.   Was a real test of nerve :)
I get really really tired of selective realism disguised as a desire to make bombers easier to kill.

Well, truth be known, the starboard gerbil tripped, so that threw me in a steep right turn.. ASADog, my gunner, was babbling incoherently along the lines of "OMG OMG OMG  those are #$!#$@ 410s and they're pointing spud-launchers at us!  Turn, for the love of Pete, TTTTTUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRR RNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

So I did..  Just grateful y'all were obliging enough to calm his nerves, somewhat, and eradicating those things.

I need to have a chat with him, tho..   Slugging down that much of my secret stash of Woodford Reserve isn't healthy.

Great fight tonight!  Well coordinated Slipknot!   :salute

Apologies to the AKs and 68s, as my computer demanded a reboot at launch and the rest of the Mongrels waited on me to return before we launched.  Sorry we got separated.

And a big  :salute to the escorts that got us there and back!
