Dang.....I was connected with the original "blackout bowl" in miami and now a google search using "blackout bowl" yields only what happened last night.

Think of all that extra cash they made. All those extra $7.50 Beers and $4 little bottles of water "ya buy at Costco for .25 apiece". Then the network is selling all that extra commercial time. Ya gotta wonder cause very few would turn off a Super Bowl.

I would be curious to know whether or not the outage included half of the cash registers for the food/beverage vendors, as well...

What's better yet, at some stadiums the difference between the large and medium beer is zero. It was on some food show, but the medium and large beers, I wanna say 16 and 22oz were both 16oz, but the 22 was in a differently shaped cup that looked like it held more.
