Can't recall his proper handle...Japaneese I believe...was in the Ki84.  Unbelieveable...how he had it dancing.

Anyone in a Yak.

Oh..and Ghi when he takes his hurricane underground, only to pop back out 400 behind me.

Or:
"I thought you were tied up!"... no no, let's update that for AH:

"I thought you were out of E!"
"That is because you are stupid!"

I find my kids and my wife the hardest persons to hit. Not that I wouldn't but they're so darn fast with their legs!  :t

This thread is absurd, how can you know who is the hardest to shoot down if you can never shoot him down?

Film. Or you lose the shot and lose the fight and see them shoot you down, or you get an assist later.

Saw Ink last night on top of a bunch of rooks making them frustrated because they could not get him, so I floated by watching and listening to the whines, got to about co-alt and thought I would slid over an pop him whilst he was distracted from below, I know not nice but I figured they had had enough, rolled in took my shot and missed like a 2 weeker, I knew what was comming next, the Ki84 hoopty do and off goes my wing.

I would say Ink/Jetsom should be on the list.

Leviathn for sure.  Dude would sit on the deck for minutes on end in a Spit just making people overshoot all day.  Haven't seen anything like that since... especially not with the same accuracy and sure-fire death.  His hit % was up near 20 some tours.

My biggest problem isn't hitting recently.  My flying always sacrificed position for that one killing shot, which I still hit but don't get a killing blow as much.  Probably the damage model now vs pre-2005.

I agree Nath, I think the damage "bubble" back in the day made killing much, much easier. I know my stats from then to know bear that out as well, at least in terms of hit percentage and kills.

I agree about Leviathan, in fact the only reason I still fly the Spit5 is because of watching him back in the day, and trying to emulate that type of flying.  You yourself flew a lot like that in the 190a5 when it first was around Nath, I can remember MANY times having you at my 12 at 1000 yards on the deck, and you pulling some crazy crap and killing me on the overshoot.  I've got about a half dozen films of you doing it, and I tried for a long time to replicate it by just watching from your view and paying attention to the relative airspeeds and angles.

Yeah.  Coming back it seems the 30mm has an even greater advantage than anything else with the new damage model.  It's still pretty much one hit one kill, unless you only take off a horiz stab.

Back then we were always fighting on the deck, furballs were more common.  You're probably thinking the 190A8, I never flew the A5 that much because I preferred the greater lethality.

Would love to see those films if you have.  Do you still fly?
