I think it unlikely there would be any very large bombs modelled on the Lanc. IIRC HTC once said the 4,000 lb cookie was the largest bomb they were going to include in the game. Also the new AH Lanc does not have the bulged bomb bay doors needed to allow really big bombs like the Tallboy to be fitted inside. The Grand Slam was so big the bomb bay doors were removed and fairings added to the front and back of the bay, two turrets were removed and more powerful Merlins fitted. None of that is modelled in the new AH Lanc, in fact a Grand Slam Lanc would probably need to be a completely seperate aircraft.
I'm not so keen on having anything bigger than the 4000lb bombs we currently have. There isn't anything that calls for that large of a bomb in AH anyways, save for maybe the HQ. However, I found a few sources that have laid out some what most would consider "odd" bomb load outs for a heavy bomber, but the RAF used them with good effect. For instance:
The 236 x 4 lb incendiary bombs and the 4000 lb "cookie" made for an interesting tactic (cookie blows the roofs off and the incendiary lights the structures on fire). Granted, we have no use for incendiary in AH but the thought of hundreds of small bombs used alongside a single big bomb is interesting.
Here is a link showing some of the typical bomb loads that Lancaster carried:
http://www.lancaster-archive.com/lanc_bomb_loads.htm I hope to see some of them, especially the six 2000 lb AP and three 500 lb GP/AP/SAP bombs to go with them.

Sounds like a good HQ runner to me.
