Was wonderi.g if any one lived in the area that wouldnt  mind looking at a truck down there for me? Iv been emailing the guy back and forth i just want sone one to do a once over on the truck if possible. Im still trying to see if the guy will give me a address on it. He claims its at a shipping yard so thats all i know.

If he claims it's at a shipping yard I'd be almost certain you are dealing with a scammer. If the vehicle is not in his personal possession and or he is not an employee of a dealership you can actually find it's probably a bogus situation.
