In fact bombing with wind is only a factor when in a cross wind when with or against the wind the bomb site, currently corrects for this problem. However in a cross wind you have to adjust right or left of the target depending on which way the wind is hitting your aircraft.
By adding offset line to the bomb site on the horozonal line then wind would not be a problem. Once one has learned how much to adjust the offset for the target. The factors are wind speed, altitude of drop and angle of approach. "the E6B" gives one the information if you know how to use it.
why not let us dial in the speed of the plane, the wind offset, and altitude just like the did in ww2. If one wants to try, go offline, setup the wind speed for a map,(training arena is best) then practice hitting individual hangers. It is hard but can be accomplished.

PS Sopme of the scenario's have wind included in them.
