I heard of a pair of British tanks sinking a small German naval vessel of some type (patrol boat sort of thing I believe) on a river during WW2.
There is also an incident of German forces sinking some Italian Naval vessels in a harbor with some combination of artillery and possibly tanks after the Italians surrendered.
As to ships destroying tanks, that probably has happened on many occasions due to the use of Naval gunfire during shore bombardments.
Anyhow, I think it would be a neat achievement.
