Bioshock Infinite
« on: April 04, 2013, 03:32:12 PM »
Holy @#$% what a mind screw!

 :O :O :O

It's a bit on the short side, but WOW what a story. And I can't believe it, but it's an Escort Mission that DOESN'T want to make you tear (ba-dum-tsh) your hair out by the roots. I actually hated the parts of the game I had to go through without Elizabeth, both because she's one of the most engaging NPCs I've ever seen in a game, (loved the banter between her and Booker) and those parts of the game are just HARDER by not having her with you (you REALLY miss having a regular source of ammo, health and salts in the areas where drops suddenly become VERY rare).
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Bioshock rules!  Best game ever.

This one, I can wait to pick up a used copy on Ebay.  Way over-hyped and can be finished in 10 hours.  :huh

Games in general seem to be getting shorter and shorter. The better to cheat you on DLC with.

Getting more expensive if they want to use good graphics. Once they get the money from sales, then they go and put out DLCs. Sometimes for free. Don't let EA schemes ruin your view of other companies.  :)

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

yep

I was alright with bioshock1, part 2 killed it for me. I wont sit down and watch bioshock infinite. Enough of the corridoor shooters made for consoles 7+ years old. Wont do it.

I am a more advanced human being. Once you make mods and models levels sounds textures and other things for fun. There is no way i can allow other people to charge me for something that last only so long. No replay value, no mods, just content that didn't make it INTO the game in the first place due to BS company time lines. so they repack it and sell it in little parts....yes. We use to call those demos, and shareware. Where a game had a episode and 9+ levels. Now its 39 auto saves and 3,000+ quick saves just to finish a story. -breaths-
